unaligned: life's constant struggle

unaligned: life's constant struggle

What is alignment you ask?

Alignment refers to the state in which your internal knowing is in perfect harmony with your mental, spiritual, and emotional selves, all functioning seamlessly in sync with the nature, the Creator, and the universe. Achieving this state empowers you to tap into your divine abilities and manifest whatever you desire in life. That's how I define alignment, at least. On the other hand, being unaligned is the exact opposite of that definition. When you're unaligned, everything works against each other, leading to chaos and inner turmoil that can leave you feeling lost and disconnected.

So yes, if you're unaligned, life can feel like a constant struggle.

You may feel like you're pushing against resistance at every turn, and not making any progress towards your goals. This can be a frustrating and discouraging experience. Often, it's because there is a lack of internal awareness, accountability, and understanding of who we are and what we're capable of. We can become so caught up in the external world and its demands that we lose sight of our own needs and desires. This can lead to feelings of dissatisfaction, burnout, and even depression. So, it's important to take the time to get in touch with your mind, body, and soul.

Cultivating spiritual and emotional alignment requires a deep understanding of yourself and your values. This doesn't mean you have to spend hours in meditation or engage in complicated spiritual practices. Instead, start by practicing mindfulness in your daily life. Take a few moments to be present in the moment and pay attention to your thoughts and emotions. When negative thoughts or emotions arise, acknowledge them and let them go. Instead, focus on the present moment and what you are grateful for.

As I become more attuned to my internal world, I can't help but notice how many individuals around me seem to be caught up in trivial matters. They appear to be controlled by external factors, having counterproductive thoughts and feelings about people and things, and being fully immersed in the latest gossip or news. It's surprising how many individuals consume things that are not conducive to their mental clarity, and some even claim that food doesn't impact them, which is far from the truth. I find it almost comical at times to observe the loudmouths and screaming banshees who are clearly imbalanced in their energy and frequency. But, as I learn to align myself with my true self and values, I realize that it's time to cut out anything that doesn't serve me or contribute to my personal and spiritual development.

With that said, another way to cultivate alignment (within) is by connecting with yourself through activities that you love. Whether it's reading, dancing, hiking, writing, digitally designing or going for a walk in nature, taking time for yourself is essential for getting in touch with your true desires and purpose. As you develop a deeper connection to yourself, you'll start to notice that you have access to a sense of inner peace and joy. You'll become less affected by negative energy around you, and be able to create the experiences that you want in life.

As I sit here typing, I'm reminded of the rain pouring outside. It's blissful how nature seems to have no worries. When it wants to rain, it will. When trees want to sway in the breeze, they do. There is no stress about a person, a job, school, or anything. They just exist. We can learn a lot from nature and its ability to simply be. By getting in touch with ourselves and aligning with our true selves and power, we can experience this same sense of peace and harmony in our own lives.
